Glycemic Load (G.L.), Glycemic Index (G.I.) data - a basic file that provides information on the Glycemic Index and Glycemic Load of common foods. The information is provided for guidance only as foods can differ between brands and countries! The information should at least allow you to make basic food group decisions for balancing blood sugars.
