Return of goods
From Little acorns Academy hopes that all of its customers are happy with their purchases.
We do realise though that occasionally you may wish to return an item. For this reason we offer a 14 day hassle free returns policy.
We can only refund items purchased through the website “www.from-little-acorns.com”.
By law you are entitled to withdraw from the purchase of an item within 7 working days after the date the item was delivered.
You must inform us within 7 working days starting with the day on which the item is delivered, you must ensure that you take reasonable care of the items and return them to us unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue the refund, see below for details of our refund policy. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
We will reimburse you on receipt of the returned item and will refund the money as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days of receiving written notice of your decision to cancel. You will, however, be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us (unless these goods are faulty or have been delivered in error by us).
You will be responsible for claims to the carrier if your item is damaged in transit whilst being returned to us. Please keep all receipts from posting for proof, we would also recommend the use of a recorded delivery service.
We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.
To return an item (for whatever reason) please use the returns form, we will then send you a returns number and details of the procedure.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds
When you send your item back to us we will process the returned item and then notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receipt of your return.
If you are returning an item because of an error that we have made or, in accordance with our returns policy, because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of return to us by refunding the cost of your return post.
We will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event that a fault cannot be found then we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item and to recover any other costs from you.
Customers from the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within 7 working days after the date that the item is delivered. If you are returning your item under these rights (the cooling off period) and there is no error on our part we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of shipping it to you (this would be the proportionate cost if it was part of a multiple item delivery).
If you are returning your item up to 14 days after delivery we will refund the cost of the item but not its deliver cost.
This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.
