Cancellation Right

If you cancel your order after we have despatched the products, then you must return the products to in a reasonable condition and at your own expense. We recommend the use of a recorded delivery service for return of product to the Company.
You can no longer cancel your order once you have opened the product packaging or used the products. However, your statutory rights concerning the quality of those products will be unaffected.
Prices
The price of the products will are as set out in the website at the time we accept your order. All prices are in Pounds Sterling inclusive of vat, but not the cost of delivery.
The company reserves the right to change any advertised price before you place an order.
Although every care is taken in the quality of content on this Website, there may occasionally be an error and items may be mispriced. In this event the Company will either: contact you to ask if you wish to cancel the order, or simply cancel the order and notify you, at our own discretion. The Company is under no obligation to supply goods at the incorrect price.
Delivery
Deliveries will normally be made within 2-4 working days (we always try to post the same day) if products are in stock. You will be advised of any delay or if the item is not available by phone or email.
Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered.
When you select the international shipping option in our cart the Company will only charge you for standard Royal Mail Air posting. This does not cover insurance for loss in the post, this is at your risk. If your order does go missing, the Company will put in a claim to Royal Mail for you, but cannot Guarantee that they will pay compensation. If you wish to insure your order you must e-mail for the extra costs, this will be clearly indicated at checkout.
The Company will arrange for delivery of the products you order by the method and to the address which you specify in the check out procedure. However, the time for delivery will not be essential to the contract between us.
If you do not take delivery of the products or supply adequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, the Company will refund you the price of the products, but you will still be liable to pay any delivery charges.
If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of the products ordered, you must notify us in writing within 14 days after the delivery date. The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.
In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit please contact us in writing. In the case of non-delivery please wait 7 days from the date of despatch of your order in case it has been delayed.

Payment will be debited from your account before the despatch of your purchase. Refunds will generally be made by means of a credit to your credit card.

Product Quality Guarantee
If your product should develop a fault within 14 days of purchase the Company will exchange it for an equivalent product if available, or if you prefer, refund your money (your product should still be in new condition and with the original packaging, accessories and receipt).
